Hyundai's Ioniq hatchback lineup, introduced in 2017, offered plug-in hybrid and all-electric powertrains. It also came as a standard hybrid with gas mileage of up to 58 mpg. The first-generation Ioniq Hybrid had four doors and 26.5 cu-ft of cargo room behind its rear seats. Hyundai refreshed the Ioniq in 2020, updating its styling and adding more standard safety features. In 2021, the Ioniq Hybrid gained wireless connectivity for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
